Unfortunately with fun comes some rules, please make sure to read all Terms and Conditions before going ahead with your booking with Tayla-Made Photography!
A. Session fee
Client is required to pay a 40% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE too make your booking. If you have not yet paid your deposit that therefor means NO BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE. Deposit works on a first come first serve basis and Tayla-Made Photography is not liable for any other bookings made , if the deposit is not made.
B. Location fees
All my shoots are on location, not in studio. If there are any costs/fees associated with the location that the client has chosen for their session, you the client, will be responsible for those fees.
Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final. Once the deposit is paid no packages may be changed or cancelled for another package. You may do add on's which will be invoiced separately.
All images will be available on the link to the online gallery for 2 weeks, after that images will then be archived and kept on a hard drive for two months after the shoot.
All payment are made in full before you receive your photos, no links will be sent until the remainder of the payment is made and POP is sent to Tayla - Made Photography.
F. POPI Act
Before I share any images on my social media for marketing purposes I will make sure to first inform you and get your permission before doing so. No Photos will be shared anywhere without permission from the client.
The photographer will not be held liable for any and all injury to client during the course of the photography session and the surrounding events.
If you are late for your shoot unfortunately that time will be taken out of your shoot time. Please be on time for your shoot or arrive a bit earlier to avoid being late. If it is your own function and you arrive later than expected that will still be taken out of shoot time. If you discuss with your photographer on going over time and everything is approved a separate invoice will be sent out for additional services.
I. Turn around time
Images will take approximately 3- 4 weeks (Wedding or large event 4-8 weeks) to be edited. I do not want to rush the editing process as I would like to deliver you my best possible work. Please try not to rush the process of editing.
J. Travel costs
Shoots will take place in the Roodepoort area. Travel costs are applicable for any location more than 20km outside of Roodepoort. If you do not show up to your shoot you will be liable for those travel fees to ensure I can get to the rescheduled date.
K. RAW files
No unedited or raw files will be sold or distributed under any circumstances.
If you have a booking on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or a public holiday and you cancel or postpone, your rescheduled date will be made for a weekday shoot. Please note weekends are of very high demand and when you cancel on a weekend you are taking up time that could of been replaced by another client.
Should you cancel a shoot more than three times an additional deposit fee will be charged. (40% of total cost of shoot) These fees will go towards lost time as well as extra travel costs.
